Making this Cute Little Petals Drawstring bag can be done in about an hour.
This Cute Little Petals Drawstring bag is made up with 2 crochet squares. The square is worked in the round. The squares are joined together and then the topper part with a strand made.  
The direction shown are for one size.
The square measures 9 x 9 cm, 3.5 x 3.5 inch. 
The square itself could be perfect for lacy wearables or summer blankets and for many other projects as well.

Yarn: You can use any yarn you like - for this project is great to use up scrap yarns! 

Small amounts of any worsted weight yarn – the pattern was made with yarn Alize Bella Ombre Batic and I chose a lavender color. You could certainly make this cute crochet bag with another color as well.

Yarn: Alize Bella Ombre Batic: 100% cotton, 250g, 900m - 1/4 ball

The nice thing about this Cute Little Petals Drawstring bag is that the bag can be made in a variety of different yarn weights.

You could certainly use this pattern in heavier or lighter yarns, using different hook sizes as needed.

You can use up any scrappy yarn you have. The lace design means that it doesn’t use very much yarn. 

The crochet hook 3.0 mm.

Cut the yarn leaving a longer end.

Pull the STRING through the stitches of R1 TOP BORDER.

Make a knot or a bow to join both ends together.
