Bobble Headbands "Mommy and me" - make cozy ear warmers!

The Bobble Headband is a free crochet pattern that will keep your ears extra warm. There is a crochet video tutorial to show you this easy bobble stitch. There are 2 versions of bobble headbands - one is for moms and one is for girls. This is a great way to learn a new stitch and make a wonderful item while you practice. I hope you love it as much as I do!

When I chose the pattern for these headbands I knew right away I had to make a headband with simple pattern but add something extras. This bobble stitch is perfect to create a wonderful pattern and still the colours are perfectly visible.

The pattern is still stretchy without any holes. It’s very thick and is perfect for an ear warmer, headband or hat. You could also use it in pot holders, blankets, or anything you like. It’s an amazing result and I’ve make several already.

When trying to decide on a yarn for this hooded scarf, I knew I wanted something warm and soft. I chose Bongo Batik with rose-pink-red colours.

How long will the Bobble Mommy and me Headband pattern take?
Since you are using super Bongo Batik yarn and a large 8 mm hook, this crochet headband whips up in around 1 hour! In about two hours, with one skein, you could have two completed headbands. Perhaps as a perfect gift….?

The colour choice was also easy – I picked a pink-violet-rose colourful ball – it looks perfect for women and girls headbands.
