Crochet SCARF Melange Wool for very beginners
Hello My Crochet Friends!
today I am here to show you how to crochet a SUPER EASY scarf pattern for EVERYONE!
To create this EASY SCARF I used yarn Melange Wool, the neutral grey color and very simply unisex pattern. I already used this yarn and very similar pattern for my TRULLY REVERSIBLE slouchy hat!

You can make both - the scarf and the slouchy beanie - and get an amazing set!
You know me, I love this wonderful soft wool-acrylic yarn, it is so cosy, pleasant and high quality yarn!
You can choose a color you like and make a scarf with a nice texture on it.
The texture on this SCARF is created using single crochet stitches and trebles.
You can make your SCARF as wide and as long as you wish - the size is fully up to you! I hope you love this unisex and easy SCARF as much as I do!
This SCARF AND HAT would make a wonderful gift and of course something perfect for you to wear too!

CROCHET EASY UNISEX SCARF MELANGE WOOL - DIRECTIONS
So let me now get started and tell you what you will need in order to crochet this CROCHET EASY UNISEX SCARF MELANGE WOOL.
This CROCHET EASY UNISEX SCARF MELANGE WOOL is very fun and VERY QUICK to make.
The pattern uses only basic crochet stitch - single crochet stitches and trebles.
This easy-to-fit scarf is a SUPER PERFECT for VERY BEGINNERS!
The scarf is worked as one long rectangle, worked in rows.
I am including ONE size and you can easily change the sizing by making the scarf longer or shorter, wider or narrower.
For the SCARF you will need ONLY ONE BALL of KARTOPU MELANGE WOOL yarn.
This yarn is made from wool-acrylic, so it’s super soft, pleasant, affordable, and really easy to care for. It is high quality yarn, ideal for knitting and crocheting warmer models.
Yarn Weight: Medium #3
Yardage: 100gr / 170m, 80% acrylic + 20% wool
Scissors and tapestry needle
Crochet hook: 5.5 mm
Difficulty Level: Level 1 – Easy, for beginners
US crochet terms:
SlSt – slip stitch
CH/s – chain/s
SC - single crochet
DS - double crochet
TR - treble
BLO - back loop only
SK - skip
T - turn
ST/s - stitch(es)
REP - repeat
YO – yarn over

Pattern Notes
1) The written pattern below is for KIDS size, these can be easily adapted to a smaller size or bigger size just by reducing or increasing the numbers of stitches and as well as less or more numbers of rows. Remember that when making bigger scarf size, you will need more yarn.
Size:
ONE BALL SCARF
Length = 114 cm / 44.5 inch
Width: 19 cm / 7.5 inch
MY SCARF
Length = 140 cm / 55 inch
Width: 19 cm / 7.5 inch
*Measurements are taken from the garment lying flat, before the yarn has stretched out/dropped.
2) This SCARF is crocheted in ROWS. Turn your work when you finish the row and then continue working in stitches from the previous row.
4) A Ch 1 / a Ch2 at beg of the row DOESN'T COUNT as a stitch.
6) ( ) – The number of stitches that should be in a completed round/row are placed in brackets at the end of that round’s/row’s instructions.

WRITTEN PATTERN
KIDS SIZE
Make a slip knot.
Start with a foundation chain.
Chain 20 ch.
R1: ch1, 1sc in each ch, work in BLO / in bump, TURN (20)
R2: ch2, 1tr BLO in ech st along, TURN (20)
R3: ch1, 1sc BLO in ech st along, TURN (20)
Repeat rows R2-R3 till you are satisfied with the length.
Last row optionally: 1sl st in each st around (20)
Cut the yarn, weave in the ends.
